A board certified physiatrist, Dr. Sawchuk graduated from Brown University, University of North Dakota, and the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. He completed a spine fellowship at The Institute for Low Back Care/Sister Kenny Institute at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. 

He is a diplomate of the American Academy of Physical Medicine, a member of the North American Spine Society and he is also a member of the International Spinal Injection Society. Dr Sawchuk treats conditions of the cervical and lumbar spine.
